Glitch on breakables and Book stacks

Lately I have been running around breaking items such as the vases, chairs, tables ect.. what I have noticed is at random times I will get stuck inside them.. and can not move at all.

First i believed maybe I was freezing, but I can use the entire interface but can not move. After 2-10 seconds I can move around again. I've been able to replicate this a few times.. but its not as constant as I expected it.

This mainly happens on the Vases.

The stacks of books have also sent my character into a shaking frenzy just by walking into it.. and takes some crazy clicking to get out of it.
