Lots of bad stutter post patch 6.

I know there is a known issue where it loads the assets when you encounter new things even though they are already loaded, but this is unbearable.

I experience stutter every couple of seconds for about 2 second in duration each. It makes the game totally unplayable and moving around next to impossible. I have the latest updates on my video drivers too.

Is this the 'loading assets again' bug or is this something else? This is my first game since patch 6.
