Error 395000, 300008 and 24000

I have been experiencing issues for a couple of days, and it seems to stem from when I tried to buyout a wand on the auction house.
-I did post my pastebin already in another thread, here it is just in case http://pastebin.com/SR6TLA0t

When I try to log in to a noob character it says Error_300008, and then after I hit ok the other Error is Error=24000

I tried to login to my level 12 character and I got similar but different messages, first one stated "Error Loading Game Account Error_395000" Then I got the message "Timed Out Error_300008" then lastly "Error Code=24000"

I would like to log back in to my account sometime in the near future, thanks.
