The way the quest title is written, it looks like the "A" of Black is capital, as it's larger than the rest of the letters and it looks similar in size with the capital "B" of the same word. Maybe a font issue and not a typo. Looks weird to me anyway.
The other one is about the way the pants of the monk slide through his body instead of being over it.
