Unknown quest

Dark cultest in the cathedral level 4 gave me a quest but when I click on him he has no sound and gives no quest.

I decided to click the tome in front of him and then he attacked me. his name was Azure the crazed or something.

Any who I can't remember his name exactly but the quest he had never went into the quest log. I guess this quest is currently not active in the beta?

That wasn't a quest, that was a random event. Most random events don't go into your quest log.
