Looting Bug - Picking Up Wrong Items

When attempting to loot items off of the ground, I find my character sometimes picks up the wrong item.

This seems to happen when I'm attempting to pick up items very close together on the ground, specifically when trying to pick up gold.

Note I click on the gold, and my character picks up the Minor Healing Potion instead.

Gold is picked up automatically by running over it, so the game might be switching to the nearest item you can pick up. For example, you clicked on the gold but on your way over you automatically picked it up, so the Minor Healing potion was picked up instead.
