No betamaxed achivement and leveling issues

I was maxleveling all my characters, when I was doing the last one (monk), I reached level 13, got the achivement of leveling the monk to level 13, but the progress bar then changed to:

exp: 34.800
To next level: 1.200

It says that I´m level 13 and only 1.200 for level 14

Doesn´t matter how many kills I got, the exp won raise above 34.800

Also, eventhough the betamaxed requirement achivement is donde, it doesn´t grant me it

I got all achieves and the Betamax achievement says I got them all, but it still doesn't give me credit for it =/
