Character gets stuck

I've been playing the beta for a hours or so and 3 times so far my character (demon hunter) has gotten stuck next to an enemy, he just stands there unable to move, attack, or use any abilities at all. This lasts about 20 seconds each time, at first i thought it was just a little lag but the enemies still move and attack me and I take damage as if the game was running normally. Each time this has happened I've been right next to the enemy. While I'm stuck I still am able to access all the in-game menus and such, I'm just unable to move or defend my self.

Been happening to me also, just stand there seems like lag..but not really. i noticed it only happens when using "rapid fire" or the "evasive fire" when you backflip into objects.
