I've killed all the monsters that appear on the first entrance to "The Weeping Hollow", and a "New lore" button appeared, but it was unlickable (I clicked it a bunch of time but the speech never started). Perhaps it happened since I was holding the ALT key (as I used to on D2 to see the text describing dropped items), but I cannot confirm it. This was the only lore text that failed.
There are no subtitles or chat text on the lore speechs. Also, when subtitles are enabled, the stuff that people say or quest speechs should not appear on the chat log since it appeared on-screen, or viceversa.
