I cannot join a game or host a game, create or delete characters.

The problem is NOT on my side.
I tried reinstallting the game, clearing cache folders, playing on another computer and ultimately I tried on another computer at a different house.

Hey guys, can you please post your D3Debug.txt file on pastebin.com and link it here?

We have found this issue internally and need more logs to research it.

Thank you!

Hey guys,

So just an update on this because a lot of you asked. What is happening here is that the Battle.net servers, for whatever reason, thinks your accounts are locked, and is then locking them. Basically, your accounts have become corrupted on the server-side, and we are working on a way to reverse this. No ETAs for fixes at this moment.

In addition, regarding your e-mail address in your D3Debug.txt files, it would be very simple to make a new Notepad text file, remove your e-mail address, rename the new file D3Debug.txt, and then upload the new file to pastebin.com. If you are concerned with security, there is nothing preventing you for protecting your information. In addition, I have removed any trolling posts claiming that Blizzard "wanted your personal information." I never asked for anything personal; what you choose to upload to the internet is yours alone.

Thank you to everyone who posted logs, and keep them coming so we can continue to verify how wide-scope this issue is.

First of all thank you for the update. About editing out our email adresses: won't you need them to unlock the locked accounts?

We have all of your internal account information stored in Battle.net :) Once we fix this server side, it should be fixed for everyone, not just individual testers.

The editing out your e-mail addresses paragraph was for some of the testers in the thread who expressed concern for their personal information.

Blizzard just needs your logs, so feel free to edit out your e-mails first if you're concerned about posting it on the internet :)

I tried one more thing - going back to a Restore Point from the day before I did the uninstall. No dice - can't even launch the client. Launcher says "application up to date" but clicking Play gets the msg "The application encountered an unexpected error." along with this error code:
'559BCEC8-C3C6-48B2-A027-5DC3454732AC' (happened several times).

These types of error messages are generated when you have bad data. I have a feeling that your System Restore messed up your D3 Beta data somehow, so unfortunately you are going to have to re-install.

Hey guys,

Thank you all for posting your logs. These logs have been very helpful to the Battle.net team.

Now that we have a lot of logs that show testers' accounts broken, I was wondering if anyone could post logs that were generated when the game WORKED and the became corrupt from this bug.

As a reminder, D3Debug.txt re-writes itself every time you start a new game, so here are the steps to get the perfect logs we are looking for:

1. Log into the Beta with an account that works.
2. Play the Beta and use the Auction House.
3. If you encounter the Error_24000 or other issues, IMMEDIATELY copy the D3Debug.txt file to your desktop and post it to pastebin.com. Don't forget to remove your e-mail address :)

Thanks for your help with this guys. Having logs of broken accounts and accounts that became broken would be very helpful.
