I believe this is a bug

Got a key yesterday so I am not necessarily up to date, however I completed the beta with a WD and consecutively ran public game runs in "reign of the black king"

But When i try and create a game,It says i am at the fallen star, I cannot create games of reign of the black king. Is this because i completed the beta? I can still join reign of the black king public games. Even when i try and select the quest to create game under it restricts me to reign of the black king
