Error 24000, can't log in, create/del chars

I can log into the character screen but when I try to get into the game I get an error 24000.

I can't delete any characters or create new ones, I get errors as well.

Create character bug: Request timed out. Error 300008

Delete character: The request was denied. Error 3

Also to the mod that locked the "two month old thread" I was just following this rule:
