Attempting to join and/or create a public game I receive errors ERROR_25001, ERROR_24001, ERROR_300005, ERROR_24000 and ERROR_22002. Besides restarting and re-installing the game I attempted everything I could. I can duplicate the errors as I constantly receive them. I currently do not have any ability to play the game, only getting error messages.
The error messages are involving my attempt to first join a public game, followed by my debugging attempts to see if it is related to single player, specific characters privacy settings, etc.
Full actions and commands done listed below.

Account information had not been remembered. Previous game with same character on
same Act and quest was player just before. Q
Attempting to join a public game: Clicking Public Games, double clicking on "Act 1 - Reign of the Black King" quest.
(Only options available currently) Difficulty normal.
No searching function on the left had side that is usually shown
Error Message:

Second attempt: Clicking Public Games, single click on "Act 1 - Reign of the Black King" quest. Single click on "Join a Game"

Following attempts 3, 4, and 5 mimic ERROR_300005. Total Players section (top center of screen) vary in mid-20's. Players listed in the specific game selection varied between 18 and 22.
Quit game, exiting Diablo III completely.
Used character that was previously selected and remembered by Battle.net.
Clicking Public Games, single click on "Act 1 - Reign of the Black King" quest. Single click on "Join a Game"
(Only options available currently) Difficulty normal.
Operation failed. Game does not exist.

Followed by Error:
There was an error adding players to the game.

Switch Hero attempt: Click switch Hero, Click a different hero and click Select Hero. Game loaded with out any function buttons on the left hand side. Went back to try again and buttons loaded fine.
Next attempt: Clicking Public Games, single click on "Act 1 - Reign of the Black King" quest. Single click on "Join a Game"

Log out of game then log back in. Using last attempted Hero.
Game searches, countdown goes all the way down to 0, attempts to create a game. Error message:
There was an error creating a game. Please
try again. (ERROR_24000)
Attempt to Start Game from "Start Game"
Difficulty Normal, Privacy: Public Game
Changed Privacy to Invite Only: Start Game selection

Log out then Exit.
Attempt to join public game, settings for privacy listed as Public game. Total Players listed as 0. Act -1 Reign of the Black King Difficulty Normal Players 17.
As I was typing the above the total players changed to 26.
Join game attempt cycled through same previous error messages ERROR_25001, ERROR_24001 followed by a new error message with vague terms:
There was an error (ERROR 22002).
