Electrocute Spell effect.

The electrocute spell effect keeps on casting even when I'm not even holding down the key to cast it. It keeps going until my arcane power bar runs empty.

After this however my arcane power recharges but I am unable to cast spells (the animations happen but no spell or effect) Also this renders all gold and items unable to be picked up for some strange reason. Happens 100% of the time after casting electrocute 2-3 times.

Only fix is a client restart.

Thank you. :)

EDIT: Wizard Class

EDIT: Also just happened with disintegrate, caused the world terrain to vanish and my party members seems to have moved to a different phase or something, im right next to them on the world map yet i cant see them :/

Hey Wagnus,

It sounds like Battle.net went down. Can you try this again later tonight?

Hey guys, I have been unable to reproduce this issue on Macs nor PCs. I tried casting Rapid Fire, Firebats, and Disintegrate on both mouse buttons and all Action Bar keys. Never once did I disconnect.

Because of this, I am going to need more information. Please fill out the form below when you reply:

Operating System:
Video Card:
Drivers updated?:
Can this be reproduced right now?:
Where did you reproduce this?:
Were you killing monsters or just casting in town?:
Link to your DxDiag.txt file:
Link to your D3Debug.txt file:

Thanks guys. Hopefully this will help us narrow it down.

LadyCaCa,

Can you please upload your DxDiag and D3Debug files to an online site and link them in this forum? Linking them will cut down on forum spam.

The D3Debug.txt file should automatically be generated or updated next time you experience this disconnect. It is located in the main folder of the Diablo III Beta.

To find it, go to where you installed the Beta and open the main folder. You should find it among a bunch of other files.

Yes, pastebin.com is preferred. Sorry I didn't mention that, I forgot the name of the site and didn't want to send you to the wrong one!

Hey guys,

Thanks for your continued posts on this issue. We thought we had a fix in for this Beta patch but it looks like the fix didn't work.

For organization purposes, I am going to lock this thread and create a new one. What I would like you all to please do is reproduce this bug and immediately copy your D3Debug.txt file to your Desktop (it is located in the main Diablo III folder). Then edit out your e-mail address and upload the D3Debug.txt file to pastebin.com. Finally, link your text file to this new thread I made:

Thank you!
