Defiled Crypt - Early Incorrect Crypt Notice

I encountered this on November 3rd prior to the servers going down, so while patch 4 was still active on the servers. Also, I was in single player mode.

I was inside one of the Defiled Crypt zones searching for the correct crypt to obtain Leoric's Crown for my quest. I was just beginning to explore the Defiled Crypt when I received the audio queue from my Barbarian character indicating that I was in the wrong crypt. This was odd as I had barely begun to explore the crypt and there was no teleportation stone or large loot chest in sight when the queue went off. I kept exploring the Defiled Crypt despite this and eventually found the teleportation stone and the large loot chest much farther than the location where I received the initial notification.

This happened once with me in beta patch 4 as well.
