Customize Banner: Pattern error message

After getting the new beta I see an error message when customizing the banner pattern. Here's an image of how it shows: http://anosou.com/bannerbug.jpg

The complete message is:
!!Missing!! - BannerPatterns:banner_basic_pattern_empty

This is the case for all background patterns, the error message then mentions that name (i.e. !!Missing!! - BannerPatterns:banner_basic_pattern_check_03)

The patterns are still usable however.
