Cannot PICKUP item

I just encountered a problem when a Scroll of Companion dropped just behind an open chest and I couldn't pick it up, no matter how many clicks or what not.

Seems like it had something to do with the fact that I couldn't walk around it since the chest was just too close to the "guardrail" and at the same time preventing my character from getting close enough to the item to pick it up.

It's not really important for a Scroll of Companion, but that could be pretty bad if it was some rare or other pretty neat and important item :)
