creation of 2 chars with same name is allowed

One of the chars on my account is a female WD named WitchyWoman. Create new char, female Barb, and try to give her the same name... and it works. Char gets created, and now I have 2 chars named WitchyWoman. That seems like something that probably shouldn't be allowed.

This is currently intended. Characters are using a behind-the-scenes character code like in SC2.

This may change for launch though, but it is fine for Beta.
