Auction: cannot get item/gold when bid fail

I bid 21000 gold for a hand crossbow, which got bought out later. However, the hand crossbow got shown in the COMPLETION tab despite that the item has already be bought out by another player.
I can click "send to shared stash " but nothing will happen. And there is no mean to get my bid gold back.
