bug party screen shows 5 people in game

I was not the party leader, Happened in the public game finder.
Just occured as we enter cathedral lvl 4.
There was actually only 4 of us in game but the party screen was showing 5, when we started the skeleton king event only 4 of us were there and we had no wait time to get in.

Hey, I am going to need some more information from you.

Do you remember the steps you took to get this bug?
Were you the party leader or was someone else inviting people to the game?

Please let me know if you have any more information other than a screenshot.
