Crash after triggering chandelier

Right after triggering a chandelier I heard the noise for it falling, but then my computer froze (can't Ctrl+Alt+Del out). Not repeatable.

Windows XP
Solo Mode
In the "Reign of the Black King" section
Nvidia GTX 260
