Stone of Recall after SK fight

I died while killing the skeleton king with a party with 2 others while 1 declined the event. After the event was over, and I was re-entering the tomb, we were given the "Continue on without SoandSo" prompt and clicked yes.

After I entered the Tomb, stone of recall would not work on my character or another party members character.
