Chat system

I dont think that the chat system works. I have asked several times in several different games if online players could see my chat.
Also i got this error when trying to change the open message box key, i dont think that opening this works either. It didnt do it again afterwards though, all i was trying to change was the grave key and i hit the grave key again.

Also i noticed chat help only shows you how to whisper.
I tried to whisper to another player in game and he whispered back, but idk if either of us saw text.
