Messaging text bug - Blue Tracker

I have a strange bug where none of the text someone writes shows up for me in game. I also can't see anything I send, there is just an empty chat box. It has been like this since the last update, all kinds of messaging, game, party, whisper... all of them show nothing. I have a small video example of it below. It occurs between 3:17 and 3:40. This has happened in every game since the last beta up date.

Your drivers are almost a year old according to your DxDiag. Can you please try installing the new ATI drivers and let me know if this problem still persists?
