Strange bug

I was in a public game just now in a heated battle with rare spawns on my wizard. All of a sudden there was a red countdown saying "Time Left" 59, 58, 57.. over what looked like the body of a spawn. After 57 it disapeared and I now have a red bar above my hero. I tried loosing some life to see if it was a linked health bar but although my life went down the bar does not move. I was playing with just the 2 mouse buttons so i do not think i hit anything on the keyboard. Strange. -Pika
