enemies spawn behind the gate in the Cemetery

Not sure if this should be reported as a bug, but I found it strange nonetheless. While doing the Shattered Crown quest in the Cemetery of the Forsaken, a group of enchanted mobs spawned behind the gate that you cant go past in the cemetery. Here is a picture to show
