blacksmith exclamation point (quest) bug

sry if its known already, but the quest exclamation point (!) of the blacksmith haedrig and sometimes even the blacksmith symbol appear on the mini map before you complete his quest, when you get closer it disappear and there obviously no quest/blacksmith here
