WD's Hex cannot be set to cast on LMB or RMB

When attempting to set the Witch Doctor skill Hex to LMB or RMB, both slots were "redded" out. I could still assign it to a hotbar (1 - 5) slot. While I soon learned that assigning Hex to a mouse button would have been a bad idea, it still seems like a bug (and not a design decision) that it couldn't be assigned to a mouse button. After all, no other skill I tried disallowed this.

Hey Frege, some skills have specific types of animations that prevent them from being used on the mouse click buttons. Another example of this is Teleport for the Wizard; it cannot be placed on LMB.

However, I have moved this to Beta Feedback for some visibility.
