Hate to admit this, but I died in the musty cellar just outside of town. I was fighting a yellow named zombie mid-boss and he killed me during the fight. Afterwards, when the "slain by" messaged showed in my log, there was an error with the monster's name. It was listed as "!!Missing!!-Monster:MonsterAffix_ArcaneEnchanted_PetOn Death!"
