Pathing Bug - Bookcase and barrels?

Character wont open bookcases or destroy barrels on first click

I'm having trouble with the pathing to opening bookcases and meleeing barrels. It seems that there is a miss-match of what the character thinks is the intractable radius and what is actually the intractable radius.
This happens at a guestimate of 75% of the time when I attempt to run towards a barrel or bookcase, as my character seems to always fall short. Requiring myself to manually move closer to the object then reattempt to interact with them.
