King Leoric Bug?

So I played a public game yesterday with my demon hunter. We got to King Leoric, he died and then I.... died from a skelton and respawned outside of the tomb. Wanting my loot, I entered the KL crypt again and then everyone got the invitation to start the King Leoric event again. Everyone got teleported to the beginning of KL tomb and I got in and could loot my items. All the urns got reset but Leoric wasn't alive.

Feels weird that everyone had to accept the event again just for me to re-enter to get my loot and that everything in the room got reset?
