Quest marker over missing NPC.

Summary: There's a quest marker on the minimap over the blacksmith's anvil, but the blacksmith is not there to give the quest.

Situation: I had created my first character. (Witch Doctor) I completed the entry quests, and immediately upon walking into town, I saw a quest indicator on my minimap near the blacksmith anvil. Despite searching, I found no NPC to obtain the quest from. In all future playthroughs, the blacksmith was there to offer me the quest for Cauldron of Jordan.

I wish I had a screenshot for you, but I didn't think to capture it at the time, and I have not encountered it since on any other character.
