Downloader not downloading

Just got my beta invite, and my downloader is stuck at 2.37 GB remaining. I've tried restarting the download, and my account is definitely administrator flagged.

Also odd is that the "Downloader Connection INfo" and "Downloader Preferences" are greyed out.

Hey guys,

Were you able to download? It might have been slow last night since we uploaded the new patch yesterday.

Hey guys, try restarting your computers and keeping all programs closed except Diablo III.

Try to patch then and let me know if you still can't. I know it doesn't sound like a bandwidth issue, but it still might be.
