[Bug] Haedrig's Apprentice quest disappears

Upon entering the Cemetery of the Forsaken today, the quest Haedrig's Apprentice disappeared. As far as I can tell, the quest is supposed to take place in the cemetery. Was playing a level 7 female Demon Hunter. There was no indication that the quest completed or failed. Just vanished from the quest log. This was prior to even entering the dungeons in the cemetery.

Bonus quests are tired to a specific quest step. If you don't do them and your quest updates, you lose them.

D3's quests don't work like WoW's. They are there to guide you through the world, not to be in the background of a quest log.
