Wrong Required Levels

Adept Talon says in the Craft window that it needs Lvl 13, but when I craft it, it needs 14.

Adept Hunting bow is even better, it created Lvl 20 Bows instead of 13.

Master Great Axe 26 instead of 24.

Didnt check all recipes I can make so far... there might be more wrong.
