Maybe it's not a bug, but a feature, not very comfortable thou...

If you assign above mentioned skill to your left mouse button and then target some mob by holding down left mouse button, the wizard will not stop casting even after the mob is dead until button is released and pressed again, while using other skills/spells while holding down the button will allow you to run to the direction of your cursor.

Hey Saga,

As of right now, this is not a bug. The reason it does this is because Electrocute is a channeled spell. Although it can be kind of annoying, this can only happen if players put the spell on the mouse button they use for movement. You won't get this to happen if you put it on the action bar.

Although this is currently intended, feel free to post feedback on the spell in the Beta Feedback forums.
