Code: BLZPTS00007 - Blue Tracker

Hi there!

First i have to apologize my bad english. And i hope there is no similiar problem, because the search option gave me no results about this problem.

At 3:10 pm today i startet the "Diablo III Beta Launcher.exe" and after a few seconds there was an error message said that the client could not be startet because of a failure with the "agent.exe" Code BLZPTS00007
To close this message and restart the game could solve the problem.

My Machine is a Notebook with a Pentium T4200 Dual Core at 2ghz, 4 GB ram and a nvidia "g 105 m" with the driver version 270.61.

Hi Tim_Buktu,

Can you please try the following for me?

1. Turn off your anti virus software.
2. Turn off Google Desktop if you are using it.
3. Run the Windows Update program to make sure Windows is up to date.

After doing all of that, try running the Launcher. Do you still get this error?
