Foreign character in my hero selection list.

Tonight I got home from work and logged into my account. I had a random character that I did not create populated there. I tried to login to him and it works. He is a level 12 Demon Hunter. Currently my Demon Hunter is at level 1, that being it is the only class that I have not tried but I made one for one I have the chance. This character is fully developed along with gear and items. I am a little concerned.
