Purchased item not in stash, blacksmith reset

I purchased a rare belt from auction house for 20 000 gold, clicked to move it to the shared stash. It has been about 15 minutes and it is not there. I bought an inexpensive white axe and sent it to the stash and it did go to the stash properly.

The blacksmith appears to be reset and does not have any crafting options, only the ability to talk. He was previously level 4.
