Blacksmith has no option to Train

Ever since the Auction House patch I have been unable to access the blacksmith on any of my characters... I tried redoing the quest but no luck.
The npc is there, his shop is there but when i click him i simply have options to have conversations with him. The craft option has disappeared on all characters!
I am confused as to why this has happened to me only, because people in my game could access theres but i cannot.

Anyone else having this problem?
