Game Crash - Entering Dank Cellar

Playing a low level witch doctor with 3 pets in tow, I went to enter the Dank Cellar on Old Tristam Road. The game froze while trying to load the sub-dungeon and I could not even quit back to my desktop -- I had to hard restart.

Hey Coco,

Is your game fully downloaded, or were you still streaming data?

Basically, when you run the D3 Launcher, is the bar green, or is it yellow?

If it's not sending any information that goes to our servers then it theoretically should be okay, but I wouldn't take any chances. Account actions due to botting are just about the hardest there are to get overturned by appeal.

My advice is to turn it off while you're playing.

Please post some screenshots if and when you can. That will help me try to narrow this down with QA.

Also, do you have any crash or error logs?
