Craft button missing, now progression wiped

Sorry for repeating the same info... the other thread being more for AH bugs... I thought id post separeately

My blacksmith was at the last possible tier 4 rank.
On all of my characters the "Craft" option with Haedrig was missing.

I created a new character, joined an ongoing game.
Got the free cube, cauldron, and stone... and watched my caravan upgrade graphically.

I can craft now... but my blacksmith is tier 1 with 0 training. :(

I've tried logging into my other characters and they can craft again now, but my progression got totally wiped :(

Are you testing me because I complained that pages of training drop too much? :(

Also, I did not buy anything on the AH, I sold a couple things tho.
