Tip not working

That voice tip you get when you encounter new areas, know what I'm talking about? (I forgot the exact text it says and can't look it up right now)
Well the first one that is available when you enter the graveyard to go into Leoric's tomb doesn't play for me (Once you can see the first crypt to enter). I clicked it at least 10 times and it just wouldn't pop up and play.
Not a big deal but I figured it was a bug so I should say something about it.
It's happened on the Monk I played and the Wizard. This was last night so "v0.3.0.7318" is the patch it occurred on.
