Cursor lacking responsiveness in inventory

When I am trying to navigate the inventory, the mouse cursor is lacking responsiveness.

Specifically, from what I can tell, the mouse cursor continues to move after I stop moving the mouse itself. It makes it difficult to navigate the inventory. I have not checked this in the other UI screens but would assume it exists in all of those as well.
