Blacksmith anvil missing

When returning to town to turn in the crown to repair it at the blacksmith, the table is invisible. I have completed the quest several times on other characters, but this time around the table was not there. So the crown just seemed to float there as he beat on it with a hammer. After completing the quest and activating the Blacksmith, the anvil-table appeared.
