I'm using a quad core system and just went through the barbarian campaign and noticed when I was about 2-3 levels down into a crypt that my button actions were reacting fine, but the environment and enemy AI weren't responding to my hits until a few seconds later long after they had already gotten a hit on me even though I had supposedly struck first. The problem righted itself eventually down the road as I continued playing, but I figured I'd give a heads up anyways.
