Character Pathing Issues

Pathing in certain places seem to have issues as you can see from: http://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f284/THUNDER__CHILD/D3%20Beta/Diablo_III_Pathing.png
Going to that location from a less severe turn works fine.

There is also a graphical glitch that you can see here: http://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f284/THUNDER__CHILD/D3%20Beta/Diablo_III_Pathing_Graphical.jpg
which shows that clicking on the bookshelf displays the move graphic on the floor above, though it does not try to move me to that location.
