When uninstalling Diablo 3 to attempt to fix my Character Select Screen crash, I noticed that Diablo 3 shoots and error saying it was unable to delete the D3 directory in my Program Files. I then tried to manually delete it and it still didn't work because of a running process (even thought the directory is empty). I opened up Task Manager and noticed Agent.exe running. Upon terminating the process, I was then able to successfully delete the directory.

I would suggest terminating this process on close of the D3 executable.

Agent does not close when your client crashes. It closes when you exit Diablo III.

The reason is because if you crash and relaunch Diablo III, it will automatically use that Agent.exe still running. You are able to close it manually but closing Diablo III normally.
