I get to the character select screen andcrash

I am also getting the same thing.

When I attempt to login the game crashes. Sometimes I can get as far as the main screen and see a character for about a second before a window pops-up with an error message. The screen goes grey and windows solution box pops-up saying that the game has stopped working and to check for a solution online or close the program.
