I was listening to an audio log during one of my playthroughs and was interrupted by the Deckard Cain cutscene, the audio log did not resume playing after the cutscene ended.
This is not a bug. Cutscenes and conversations will interrupt lore audio logs. You can open your Journal with hotkey Q, click on any lore, and listen to the lore again whenever you want.
